College (In & Out) Procedures:

Students are expected to uphold the reputation of the College by their decent behaviour inside and outside the College.

  • Students should follow the college timings (8.45 am – 1.30pm) strictly. No students will be entertained after 8.45am in the morning at any circumstances.
  • Inside the College campus wearing student ID card is mandatory .Without ID cards students are not allowed inside the college campus or fine will be charged. They should not pin smiley batches or any other batches on the ID card rope.
  • Students should not leave the class and wander unnecessarily. Unnecessary loitering in the corridor or elsewhere is liable for disciplinary action.
  • Student will not be allowed to leave the College premises (8.45 am- 1.30Pm) without prior permission from the Principal in case of any emergency.
  • Students should always bring their bags, lab coats, books, calculators as per the guideline of the subject faculty’s advice, failing which he will not be allowed inside the class.
  • Parents / guardian only must attend all the parents – teachers meet. No other persons will be allowed.
  • Library books should be taken care well, if any damage/lost student is responsible and has to pay the fine levied by the Librarian.

Don’ts

  • Ragging and Eve-Teasing are considered as crime and strictly prohibited by the Supreme Court.  Suitable action will be taken against those who involve in ragging or Eve- Teasing by the management as well as by LAW.
  • Students, who are involving in anti-social activities and unethical activities like (theft, damaging college/ public property, strike, protest, violence etc.,) will be dismissed from the College immediately.
  • Use of MOBILES, LAPTOP, Two-Wheeler / Four Wheeler or any electronic GADGETS inside the college campus is strictly prohibited. If found they will be ceased by the management and will not be returned till the course completion at any cost.
  • Students are prohibited from Smoking, drinking or using of any intoxicating drugs in the college premises. The Principal / Management are entitled to fine, suspend, dismiss or take any kind of disciplinary action against if the student found guilty.
  • Day scholars are not permitted to enter inside the hostel premises. If any student is found inside the hostel premises he/she will be punished severely.
  • Any celebrations without the knowledge and approval of Principal and management will invite strict disciplinary actions.
  • Student will be held responsible for all the Lab Equipments, Furniture’s or any other property belonging to college entrusted to them. If any damages done, the student will bear the cost of replacement or repair cost incurred along with the penalty.
  • Mal practice during Examinations will be treated severely and rusticated from the examinations henceforth.
