The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hotel and Catering Management is a 3-year professional degree programme. This offers an introduction to the world of hospitality including hotel management, catering technology and services. The degree is offered by the college is as per the scheme & syllabus of Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India. It is an industry based practical degree program focussed on experiential learning.
